We have taken the project at this Victorian house located in prime residential road in 2017 to convert it to a truly stunning property by 2020 in two stages. 2017 we have completed full renovation, including complete rewiring and new central heating system. 2019 August we have started loft conversation involving lowering the ceiling, first floor extension. The value of the property has gone up by 36% for less than 4 years. Our company has managed to complete on time and within budget during the most challenging times in 2020 due to COVID-19. The property has been sold recently for £1,05M. Our clients have been extremely happy with our services.

We have been working with the client from the day they have bought it in 2017. 2017 our company has renovated the property completely. 2021 we have been offered the opportunity to convert the loft and extend first floor.
